Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket (ADD to BASKET button). After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. All goods remain the property of "WebNet" until paid for in full, under UK Law.

Orders are despatched to the name and address you have given to us. If we have received incorrect or inadequate information for the delivery of the goods we cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery as a result of this.

Returns Policy Please report non-delivery after 10 days of placing the order. It must be before 30 days if delivery is to the UK.
If an item is thought to be faulty and you would like it to be replaced please phone, write or e-mail us so that arrangements can be made for the return of the goods and the sending of the replacement. You will be asked to pay the cost of the return postage initially, but this cost will be credited to your payment card account if the item is found to be faulty. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT AT FIRST CONTACTING US FOR A REFERENCE NUMBER OR OTHER INSTRUCTIONS (If you do it could cause unecessary delay).
If within 7 days of you receiving your order, the goods are considered to be unsuitable please phone, write or e-mail www.YourHomeDirect.co.uk and we will make a full refund (less postage and packing costs) direct to your payment card account. We ask you to return the goods within 14 days of cancellation and pay the cost of the return postage. PLEASE NOTE Refunds for returned goods will only be accepted if received in good condition and in their original packaging (i.e. fit for re-sale).
Complaints are handled on a one to one basis by phone or e-mail, even by post if a reply is not urgent and we will try and come to a satisfactory conclusion within 48 hours of the complaint. All complaints will remain confidential and fair.
